All SimSwift eSIM orders are delivered digitally — no physical shipping required.

Delivery Method

  • Mode of delivery: QR code sent via email
  • Delivery time: Within 1 hour of placing your order
  • Physical delivery: Not applicable (digital product)

How It Works

  1. Place your order – Choose your destination and data plan.
  2. Receive your eSIM – We email your unique QR code within 1 hour.
  3. Install & activate – Scan the QR code with your phone to add the eSIM.

  • Please ensure you enter a valid email address at checkout.
  • If you don’t receive your QR code within 1 hour, check your Spam/Junk folder.
